1. That the defendant pays to the claimant the amount of 5.000.000Vt as reimbursement for the money received from the claimant.

2. That the defendant also pays interest of the said sum calculated at the rate of 5% per annum.

3. That the defendant pays to the claimant a filing & service fees of VT 20.000 together with legal costs as agreed or taxed if not agreed.

4. Further proceedings for enforcement will be dealt by the Master if required.
