Having inquired into the Application pursuant to Rules 2.7 and 2.8 of the Constitutional Procedure Rules,

And Counsel for the Applicants upon instructions seeking a stay of the Reliefs sought in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Application pending further orders of the Court,

And upon there being no objections by Mr Gilu or Mr Morrison,

The Court orders that-

1. The balance of the Application be heard at 1:30pm on Tuesday 15th June 2021 at the Court in Dumbea.2. The Respondent and Interested Party will file and serve responses and submissions by 8:30am on 15th June 2021.

3. The Applicants to file responses by 11:30am on 15th June 2021.
