CORRIGENDUM

The Court of Appeal issues the following Corrigendum to the judgment in this matter:

1. The appearances are amended by deleting ‘Family Kaltongo Malastapu Third Respondent not present and not represented’ and substituting ‘Mr Leo for the Third Respondent.

2. By adding at the end of paragraph 60 of the judgment:’Mr Leo for the Third Respondent supported the position of the Eighth Respondent’.
